OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS STATED BELOW:
1. Buyer must be present to conduct his own test and be satisfied before shipment.
2. Buyer will be responsible for the shipment costs and other government Taxes.
3. Goods must be acco***nied by our agent to the buyer's refinery and after assay the buyer pays in full into our account in two Banking days.
4. Buyer is expected to send to the seller his Letter of Intent (LOI) on his letter headed paper, signed and sealed, and attached with his passport copy for his invitation letter.
And also if you are buyer mandate/ broker, if you can confirm to stand as our sales representative mandate and we are offering you US$3000 per kg as your commission and if you kindly confirm and send us your ***ails for your mandate appointment letter as our mandate.
